Information Technology Services Division

The mission of the Department of Social Services (DSS) is to maintain or improve the quality of life for the people in the State of Missouri by providing the best possible services to the public, with respect, responsiveness and accountability, which will enable individuals and families to better fulfill their potential. The Office of Administration / Information Technology Services Division directs the DSS / Information Technology Services Division (ITSD) in supporting the DSS mission by providing data systems and technology services essential for administration of social services programs.
